Opening on June 1, Timbers Kaua’i – Ocean Club & Residences offers whole-ownership two-, three-, and four-bedroom residences priced from $2 million to $9.75 million, as well as fractional ownership starting in the mid- $300,000s. A rental program is also available at Timbers Kauai; opening rates will range from $1,500 to $6,500 per night.
