At Montage Residences, Louise served as Managing Broker, overseeing sales and marketing strategies across a $1 billion portfolio with properties in Barbados, The Bahamas, Mexico, and the U.S. Under her leadership, sales more than doubled in pace, and her team achieved over $100 million in villa transactions.

Earlier, as Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing for Robb Report and Art Media, she managed a $25 million portfolio while pioneering new luxury property products and creating experiential events designed to connect discerning audiences with premier brands.
