Our Expertise

Timbers Resorts was engaged by Oaktree Capital Management to oversee the renovation and sale of a portfolio of 579 residences located across 10 properties in the Costa del Sol region of Spain. The portfolio was acquired from a major Spanish bank, which had foreclosed on the properties during the financial downturn.

  • Timbers Resorts oversaw renovation work to bring the properties back to like-new condition and supervised sales and marketing efforts.
  • Timbers Resorts was also actively involved in expanding the portfolio, working with Oaktree and its local partner on underwriting new investments.
