Once Lost, Now Found

Widely regarded as having the best beach on the entire Eastern Seaboard and some of the finest golf in the world, a beachfront site in Kiawah Island sat untouched for decades. Now, it is 21 luxurious oceanfront residences in a secluded enclave and offers the vacation home experience Timbers is famous for.

To realize our vision, we worked with the landowner and island community to develop Timbers Kiawah, the first fractional ownership offering on the island, achieving the highest price per square foot for this full-service, luxury-amenitized property.

History, Unearthed & Restored

In 2005, we began developing Casali di Casole in Tuscany—a property that dated back to the Bronze Age—and gently coaxed it into the modern era through a significant and authentic restoration process.

Dotting the 4,200-acre historic estate are villas and farm homes we restored by using authentic reclaimed materials found on the estate while reimagining the spaces with modern conveniences and luxuries.

Today, Casali di Casole offers a new and exciting experience for Owners and guests who treasure contemporary amenities in a classically traditional Italian estate.
