The Sebastian – Vail
Timbers partnered with a private family to revitalize a property, which we repositioned and rebranded as The Sebastian – Vail. Timbers self-performed extensive renovations and focused on improving sales and marketing efforts. This elevated experience successfully repositioned the property as a 4.5 star hotel and one of the leading assets in the Vail marketplace.
Timbers is currently responsible for hotel and HOA management, marketing and sales, residence rentals and asset management. Our vertically integrated expertise drove the right amount of investment resulting in a significant increase in operating income while lowering operating costs.

Esperanza Resort
Timbers was hired to replace the original developer in the midst of construction on Esperanza Resort on the Sea of Cortez in Los Cabos, Mexico. Timbers took over as the project’s master developer and completed construction of the first phase. Additional phases were planned and executed, as well as repositioning the Private Residence Club to Timbers’ standards and developing successful sales and marketing programs that allowed the project to be fully sold out in less than four years.
